‘Twas The Night Before Christmas

‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the crib
Three rugrats were stirring, including young BIYB

They’d been to see Santa, who gave them a scare
Then sang Christmas carols with four silly bears

BIYF wondered what got into Aunt Mel and BIYM’s head
For they dressed them like stockings, to put them to bed

I in my sweatpants, arranged our boy’s toys
It was fun playing Santa Claus with his Uncle Loys

We drank of the milk and the cookies we ate
Watching A Christmas Story on TBS until late

We talked and we laughed about Christmases past
And how much we wished that morning came fast

Each of us spoke of our hope that our boys
Would wake Christmas morn and discover pure joy

So, with cameras arranged, and blog entry done
I head off to the bed, can’t wait for the fun!

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good-night.

I had thought of doing something like this too. I’m glad I didn’t, yours kicked butt!

Merry Christmas to the BIYF crew!
